The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.

Registration fee includes:

 

If you do not select accommodation upon registration, supplement to registration fee in the amount of 500,00 EUR will be added to the total amount. Supplement to registration fee is required for people who do not use hotel accommodation and refers to coffee breaks and working lunches.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
All the cancellations have to be send in writing to Spektar Putovanja d.o.o, Andrija Hebrang Street 34, 10 000 Zagreb, Croatia
Cancellations before October 31, 2016 – full refund deducting a handling fee of 30 EUR.
Cancellations after November 01, 2016 – a refund of 50% deducting a handling fee of 30 EUR.
Cancellations after December 02, 2017 –  After this date, there will be no refund whatsoever.

Name changes will be charged a fee of EUR 30 per registration.

Special requests for the processing of the invoice should kindly be submitted in writing to the Registration Department. For the reissuing of invoices EUR 20 will be charged.

All refunds will be made within 2 months after the end of the event. Bank charges may be deducted. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. Refunds, if due, will only be issued by a bank transfer.
